  • Niki Taylor

    FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

    Niki has been dancing since she was 5 years old! In 2015 she launched Taylor’s Dance Company, which runs dance classes for ages 3 years old to adults! She is passionate about building confidence in individuals! Niki has worked within Primary Schools for the last 9 years teaching dance, and has worked with the Candles, Down Syndrome Support Group, and Mersea Island Festival.

  • Tia Winterbottom

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND TEACHER

    Tia has been involved in drama and dance from a young age. She began teaching at 15, supporting younger students in classes and shows, and quickly discovered her passion for helping children grow in confidence.

    With experience across both teaching and behind‑the‑scenes organisation, Tia loves being part of the support system that helps students thrive.

  • Grace Grisby

    TEACHER

    Grace has been performing from a very young age, studying ISTD grades in ballet, tap and modern. She graduated from Performers College with a degree in Musical Theatre also gaining her DDE teaching qualifications in tap and modern.

    Grace has spent 2026 touring the UK in multiple productions and loves being able to perform alongside her passion for teaching.
